Inspired by the relaxed Latin expression "in vino veritas, in aquas sanitas", we hold the Vino Veritas event on the porch of Vinicius de Moraes' house, a project that offers the public a harmonized dinner with the best of national and international wine. In each edition, a new winery is invited by sommelier Stefano Bof and a new à la carte menu is created by chef Maria dos Santos.
